Re: Is Saturday our last home game

It wasn't really tongue in cheek. Season ticket holders are committed fans, so it would be a way of them contributing a bit extra to the cause. Maybe make it an option to waive the early bird discount for those that care enough. You should try watching proper non-league football, it can actually be...

Re: Is Saturday our last home game

To be fair, I don't think anyone has been asked to actually donate officially as yet. I am sure if it reaches the point where a few grand will make the difference then we will be. While what is needed is in six figures though, what is the point really? Meanwhile, keep turning up, buying beer, bringi...

Re: Is Saturday our last home game

Still can't understand if we the fan's were't to have a good whip round, we have at a minimum hard core base of a thousand, surely without bending anybody financially just chucking in £100 would raise £100.000, I have not got a clue the manager's exact salary but maybe using this would take the bur...

Re: The Silence

All the fans have wanted to move on but when you get the two majority shareholders leaking emails etc so one of their pals can post it on here or on social media you start to understand the resentment. People say they don’t care who Thompson is,, he is the whole reason we are in this position. Firs...

Re: The Silence

Very nice thanks. Doing it again Saturday week. Two free meals. To be fair was a lot of work and time you put in for him. Accrington chairman was told you can’t provide free food, nice little email to the Tax man concerning our MD. Perfect. Massive leap of logic there. Me and several mates are payi...

Re: The Silence

I have Probably put in about £50k over the years and I don't get free, booze, meal, admission, travel to away games and a huge salary on top. Care to itemise your £50k?? If Thommo wants it he can ask me directly. Just interested as at current terrace season ticket prices that equates to 250 years w...

Re: A Game Of Headers & Volleys Ep.32

Great listen again guys. Loved the Classic Daggers section. Definitely my era, I was at both those FA Trophy semi finals. Paul Currie was indeed "brother of" and Tony used to turn up on occassion when he could fit it in. Front row of the pic, second from the left, What a team that was BTW. Mal Harki...
