Re: All Change For Braintree

he could take us down and people would still defend him on here. After being told we're going for promotion with presumably a budget to do this, I think you're wrong. If there's any sign of struggle next season, I don't think many will be happy. This season is a whole different ball game. A team co...

Re: All Change For Braintree

At least Phipps got a game, up front for 30 mins in the second half. Taylor is a clown you all deserve him. We all know at least 8-9 are not good enough to be playing here next season so why not start those that will? Bonds recalled but only to get 15 mins at the end, what’s the point? 370 Daggers b...

Re: Good day all round

First half an hour Eastleigh had far too much time on the ball an crested some decent chances. From 30 onwards it was all us and we should have scored more, 4-4-2 played the right way is always effective, hope to see more of that next season. Kandi was brilliant and skinned his full back several tim...

Re: Should Peter Taylor be Daggers manager next season?

I do think it's important to engage with the fans though and I do wonder if PT is a bit of an obstinate bloke. Ipswich are an example of how things can go sour between the fans and manager (and Alladyce at West Ham) and I think that relationship is an important part of today's game. Doesn't help wh...

Re: Well done Peter Taylor.

He’s done the job we wanted him to do but only because he got some money to spend. I dread to think had the extra funds not come in we would have been gone by February. Bar a 10 game spell it’s been dreadful to watch most of the games I’ve witnessed. Some great results against Salford Away and Orien...

Re: Club development plans

Investing into the assets of the club is fine, as long as this doesn’t cut into the playing budget. The clubhouse looks great now but I’d swap that every day for success on the pitch. I honestly believe that the best way to attract new supporters is by having a winning team. Understand this point b...

Re: Barrow

Nice guy? From my understanding he is a complete tool, many players frozen out for long periods of time. Heard he has lost the plot a few times and once had to be thrown out the dressing room by Harris.

Is Hoyte still alive or did he upset the manager?

Re: Barrow

Heard the ground is being named Jurassic Park, would fit in quite well with Taylor and Thompson at the wheel of the jeep. Two people who think they are exempt from criticism despite both being pathetic at their jobs. Sure the yanks said they would employ some forward thinking commercial manager, not...

Re: Season Tickets

I didn’t bother this season first time in years and have felt a bit liberated by not having to go every game. Having said that I’ve only missed about 3 games which is about the same as when I do have one. Now I do get in free as a carer ( I split the £10 concession price so costs a fiver) and do ge...

Barrow

Not much chat on here for yet another poor display, fortunately Barrow never took many chances and Player of the season Justham made an absolute worldie of a save to keep us at 0-0 at half time. Second half we went to a back four but took Nunn off (he is not a wing back but a very good right back) a...

Re: Who will survive the relegation battle

Braintree will be playing in the NLN as all four teams are from the south, massive headache for the league to sort.

Torquay are coming back up, who else would we want to see come up? Chelmsford or Welling could be good games.
