Re: 2024/25 Squad

And if a lot of season ticket holders like yourself decide to not renewal, then surely the financial position of the club becomes further unstable and they'll be little or no chance of survival next year. For me, its become more important to support the club during these difficult times and that in...

Re: 2024/25 Squad

Think it’s pretty pointless discussing who is coming or going, there are quite a few out of contract and with no money to play with I doubt much has been done on the contract renewal side of things. I fear another squad overhaul the manager is in limbo as we all are. The club need to clear up the ow...

Re: Gateshead..

More points dropped by not playing a striker, absolutely no point in bringing in the young lad if we’re not going to play him. Phipps has done an honorable job up top but let’s be honest it’s a joke we continue to be this amateur about things but then I guess that comes down to either the owners not...

Re: Southend Away KO Time

To be fair we whacked this lot 3 times in one season with decent crowds two seasons ago. The chesterfield away game was our own fault with the sending off and poor goalkeeping, also at Oldham we had more than enough chances to win the game. We’re second favorite in this game but not by much, if Card...

Re: Altrincham home

Spot on with Sears, I’m sure Strevens would agree if you asked him.

Re: Altrincham home

Mussa was signed by McMahon summer before his March departure on a two year deal.

Re: Altrincham home

Yes contract runs out, believe he has a clause that triggers an extra year after a certain amount of appearances hence why he’s not involved as we don’t want to pay him for another year. Has to go down as one of the worst value for money signings we’ve ever had, thanks McMahon and Thommo.

Re: Altrincham home

Huge win for us and after seeing the team sheet I feared the worst, credit to the lads and the manager for pulling that out the bag. We started off again on the front foot but just couldn’t get the goal but eventually the pressure told with the penalty only for us to shoot ourselves in the foot by g...

Heard he was here showing potential new investor around, just happened to coincide with the visit of the ‘USA Cheerleader crew’.

Re: Points

Saturday is a huge game now, the longer you go without a win the more harder it gets even more so with those below winning. Our position was false given we had more games than anyone else. Also this weekend teams around us are playing each other so if we do manage to win there will be other sides th...

Re: Bye Trinity

Who on earth would renew their season ticket in the current climate? Lost 12 homes games, clearly no money, no owners, clearly we wont re-sign Effiong our only source of goals and the price for the product on offer is quite frankly overpriced. It would take a huge turnaround for people to part with ...

Re: Bye Trinity

Just seen the highlights of Saturdays game, we turned people away to pay and sit in the SDS stand as it was sold out only to give out freebies and nobody to turn up, pathetic.

Re: Bye Trinity

For all the good Peter Freund did he legacy will be tarnished if we’re relegated this season, the refusal to give tiny bit of more funds to get a striker in and see us over the line could leave a really sour taste in the mouth.

Re: Halifax Home Diversity Match Thread

Yet another home game where we dominated for the opening half hour but didn’t take any of the chances that fell our way, the two from Dion P spring to mind. The away side up their game first 15 mins of the second half and get the goal which is always coming as our stats show we’re terrible just afte...
