Re: TONIGHT HAVANT

Just lost one of their better strikers to Dover have they not? Curious move but hopefully a positive for us

Re: FA Trophy

Well the Ebbsfleet fans are certainly not happy at losing him. Lets hope their loss, is very much our gain! Some selected comments from their forum: "Am gutted ‘Concrete is leaving’, best central defender this season so far and last when it comes to it" "Shame to see him go! Class act. News of a re...

Re: Essex Senior Cup

From what I've seen Gordon is a decent player that just needs a bit of experience around to help him learn. Hoyte hasn't shown that he's a better full back than Nunn at any point. Agreed on Hoyte... The McQueen comparison is only really debating who is the second best right back in the squad anyway...

Re: Latest signing

I don't understand the signing tbh. The front two are already showing promise and linking up well. The only thing I can think of is dropping Balanta in to a no.10 roll just behind the new boy and Adeloye. The fact we let Romain go to bring potentially this guy in suggests we won't go with a proper ...

Re: Latest signing

While he may not be a 30 goal a season man, Adeloye is clearly well up there with the effort and commitment... much like Mullings I would hope, if the new guy doesn't hit the ground running then we go back to what we already have and play Tomi and Balanta through the middle. We only have him until J...

Phipps I felt made a huge difference to the balance today. A midfielder playing in midfield.
Well hard fought performance. 3 deserved points.
COYD
One thing I've not got with us playing Wright seemingly out of position... we seemed to have a midfielder there waiting

Re: REPORT FROM THE FANS FORUM - 26th October 2018

Cracking report... fundamentally need some wins though... be all and end all right now... fascinated to see what this new front line looks like at Christmas

Hoping if the team gets stronger we can go back to a flat back four

Re: Did anyone notice?

Discussion about Mullings is strange... ultimately he doesn't appear to be (in any shape or form) what we need to score goals. Equally on talk about the manager... we allegedy keep playing the same with a new boss yet we're complaining about the team tactics and the quality of players we brought in ...

Re: Free agents

We all remember Nyron Nosworthy do we not?? a 35+ year old with no record for the past four or five years certainly isn't the answer... Cureton was a different kettle of fish as he had goals in his everywhere he went Not to sad to hear Labadie come up in discussion personally... possibly that bit of...

Re: Taylor in Taylor Out

Understand the sentiment but if we are (even remotely seriously) deciding our future direction on how many points we take off of Wrexham, given our recent form then we are as good as finished... Much the same as deciding it hinges on the Christmas period with Orient, Barnet and Salford to play. The ...

Re: Team for Eastleigh

The kind of penalty my 5 year old son would strike at me in the back garden... not entirely sure at the speed it went that it was going over the line if the keeper wasn't there and wouldn't have rolled to a stop on the line. Adeloye's run deserved a better finish but no arguments otherwise... not mu...

Re: New Contracts

If it was just the one player then I would take Liam Gordon all day long and give him whatever terms he asked for Think Devon has it pretty much spot on... questions possibly on Justham if only to keep his form up and see him continuing to keep Moore out of the team by feeling like he's playing for ...

So we can sign someone from league 1 and league 2 right now and they can play for us before January?
If only there was a website etc. etc. http://www.thenationalleague.org.uk/no- ... ague-31421
That still doesn't answer my initial question...
Yes

Re: Incident on Saturday / Club Statement

Just astonishing that something like this would happen... we're close enough to the pitch in the Sieve to scream all Hell's abuse at players if you're feeling in the mood without the need to get physical with players or throw things t them! Whoever it is should be ashamed and I hope they get identif...

Out of the bottom four

Small steps... but out of the bottom four... onwards and upwards... two draws against sides I thought would be in the top three come May. Let's just hope we can get the crowds on now the financial side is sorted on a short to medium term basis, in order to be realistic about getting back up to Leagu...
