I’ll be very quick.

WHO’D HAVE BURNETT BACK ???

I reckon at this level he’d be the bollix.
Another nice cast ARNU.

On form so far this season.

Re: Taylor out !!

Seriously, why cant people discuss this very relevant topic? Seriously, why can't people get their heads round the fact Taylor is the manager for now at least and get behind him and the team? We are three games in, we have what 75% of a new team, and already the abuse of certain players and the man...

Re: Taylor out !!

He’s dined out enough now off the back of that England game. The man is clueless. http://www.fansfocus.net/dagenhamandredbridge/images/20198131111599.jpg Here is Peter Taylor's managerial record to date. How does it compare to yours and the pup's? Opinions are like arseholes and all that. The point...

Re: Sub keeper

Strikes me that there really isn't much point having a "top" backup keeper at our level. its just a waste of a wage. Rather like the Robbo/Hogan dynamic, the second string isn't likely to get a game unless there is suspension or injury and if there is then you can hit the loan system most likely, ge...

Re: Dover Tuesday

Looks a decent result that yesterday.

Interesting to see Jack Munns got hooked just before the hour for them. Like deja vu all over again.

Re: Taylor out !!

What a pile of shit ! And I’m being kind. Why didn’t grant, luque and Dobson start !!! Quigley is already the worst player we ever had !! Absolutely fracking useless!! Sack this manager now while we still got a chance to stay up. Rubbish !!! Not acceptable !! Bag of shite !! Nice cast into the righ...

Re: Dagenham Essex Thameside Trophy

Yes indeed.

Those last two teams listed are packed full of proper Daggers legends.

Interesting how players used to manage a full league season, and all these "meaningless" cups back in the day without expiring, whereas these days they get snooty about taking even the FA Trophy seriously.

Re: Dagenham Essex Thameside Trophy

Pretty sure I was at the 74/75 final which was played at Victoria Road. Couldn't recall who against though, sorry.

The trophy itself was a beautiful thing, a silver ship.

Re: All Change For Braintree

Munns was one of the most consistent players on that run we had mid season, all that without a preseason. True, but he was playing wide. When he came inside into what is his preferred position he has been patchy TBH,tends to go chasing the game and we lose shape. Not convinced either way, but proba...

Re: All Change For Braintree

Mind you I wouldn't base my decision to offer a further contract to a player on the basis of a one off performance in an end of season kick about against a team already relegated. And he probably won't, however, if any of them thought they deserved a new contract it was a chance to impress in a pro...
