Phipps is a great prospect but let's not be under any illusions, he cost us the game,we'd have been 7 th if we'd have won. Eastman is the better of the two by far. I hope he's fined big. He's been sent off a few times now. Dont matter how good he is if he's not on the field.

I think we all like him, I think our team is probably the worst we've had in many years. I think Ben has an unenviable task and I also think the club is stupid enough to let him be the fall guy. If he keeps losing he'll probably walk anyway.

If we lose say the next 2 games ( which is highly likely)and Southend despite their 10 point deduction go above us how long will we stick with Ben?
