Re: Lamar Reynolds

Might sort his confidence out. Hope he gets a good run and a few goals. Think we should give the kid a break really. A break from what? He's just flat out not good enough. You've slated much better players in the past. If we're not getting shot of him at the end of the season then I'd be very surpr...

Re: Everest Challenge

Going to give this a bump, with just over a week till then if climb.

If anyone wants a bit of an incentive to donate, I'll be climbing 48 metres in one go (we'll 4 lots of 12 metres one after the other) as part of this.
I'm not a fan of heights so will be suffering g.

Thanks

Because you have to have a few players called up, not just one at a time.

Re: Havant & Waterlooville

I appreciate it was another Stilly cliche, but it is probably time to wheel out his "never too high, never too low" quote here. Saturday we won 3-0 at home, and suddenly we are worldbeaters. Last night we lose 3-0 away and today the B&D Post headline is "Daggers endure disastrous...

Everest Challenge

Some on here will know that I've been part of Scouting in Barking & Dagenham for somewhere in the region of 30 years. Our District is running a fundraising climbing event on 23rd March. We're hoping to get as many of our young members as possible to spend a day climbing and to reach the height o...

Re: Your line-up v Sutton?

May not have had a better record if your appearances fact is correct, but he has always shown himself to be more of a threat. No one has said he’s a top quality scorer for this level that is guaranteed goals, he’s just better than the others we had that deserved a shot when the others were playing ...

Re: Your line-up v Sutton?

Same game as you. Because you dont dispute that he didn’t win anything in the air and saw him miss a sitter. Point I’m making is if Mullings had missed that sitter and win nothing in the air, he’d be getting a dogs abuse. The ref was a joke. 4 times he pulled play back to give us a foul when we had...

Re: Gutless performance

Hoyte must have gobbled off and Taylor has retaliated by dropping him altogether. Fair enough but he has persisted with players who are nowhere near as good or as experienced Hoyte. I’m sure the last game Hoyte played in we won. You'd be wrong then. The last game he started was the loss to the Orie...

Re: Gutless performance

Just think Hoyte at RWB would make more sense than playing the teams second highest goal scorer (Mcqueen) there and taking away his threat from further up the pitch, where we need him! Round pegs in round holes and all that, Hoyte is surely a better defender than Mcqueen? But he's not a wing back ei...

Re: Gutless performance

Easy to find stats to prove any point. The manager clearly doesn't fancy Hoyte despite him never having one game as bad as Nunn has had 5. McQueen looked better in the midfield 3 this season cos he's a bit different and runs beyond the forwards. The midfield 3 today were sterile. Loft slows the gam...

Re: Gutless performance

Agrees’d NBDag.. you have hit the nail on the head, Taylor hasn’t learnt from the mistakes earlier on in the season, and can be the only person who can be held accountable! McQueen as a RWB never worked the first few months of the season and is not going to work now! Alex will run his socks off all...

Re: Taylor in Taylor Out

He certainly isn't going to help himself by sarcastically clapping the supporters when he's made a substitution that makes no real sense. And then to make another change before even letting the first one (which seemed to be making a difference) had setttled in. How Reynolds played the full 90 minute...
