Re: 4 years!
Love the pic! One thing I remember from that game - that I never ever felt in any sporting scenario before was my the feeling I had of physical sickness. Only for approx the last 20 odd minutes or so (after Nursey scored). I have probably never enjoyed a game any less than I did then. Remember stan...

Re: Current Squad
Some clubs a as few as 6 contracted players in our division. So many players flying about at the moment clubs will be silly to start offering contracts early as most contract run out end of June in the pro game.

Re: The Released Players Thread - we've got no keepers!
Matt Saunders has now left the club, injuries made him a waste of a wage but a very good player when fit. Signing for someone else given he had a year left to go.

Re: Shrimpy.
We beat pretty much beat every team in the top half. We also beat Rochdale 3-0 and Burton home and away in the league and the tie in the play offs was settled by a very lucky goal. That's life and I'm looking foward to having another crack at the top 3 finish. I don't believe we are championship cl...

Re: The Released Players Thread
He got given a limited chance and didn't look great, but is young enough to develop. I'm not surprised he's chosen to move on. With Lewington going, to not even be offered a contract is probably a bit of a kick in the teeth and not something that would make me feel particularly wanted. How do you k...

Re: The Released Players Thread - Retained list in!
If people think Femi can't defend I don't know what people expect from a L2 defender. He is quick and strong, wins a fair bit in the air, is very rarely beaten and doesn't let many crosses come in. He struggles with distribution but so do a lot now they're asked to pass it with nobody moving. He ha...

Same here, everyone I spoke to going by train is on this one. Seems it was the cheapest option. Will go to the moon Spoons first then and trott to the ground closer to kick off.matt_drfc wrote:Same trainDagdale wrote:Sorry leaves Paddington at 9 o'clock and not 7.33.
