Re: Southend Away KO Time
I am apprehensive because I feel like in front of a decent crowd we never win. Oldham 6500 drew Chesterfield 7200 lost Southend 3200 lost Southend last season 7300 lost In fact Notts County last season is about the only time I can remember us winning away in front of over 3k in years. Stockport away...

Re: Bye Trinity
I'll likely buy one but it's getting harder to justify the 3hr+ round trip to see us get beat. I've stayed home twice so far this season and watched on TV.

Re: Other non league sides ?
I always used to go to Billericay when Dagenham were away at the other end of the country, once I'd stopped doing those treks every week. Always seemed to have some ex dagger or other.

Re: Inih Effiong
I struggle to see many wins coming without him. His return to form is a huge reason we have picked up. He is such a presence, opponents are scared of him. Finding someone who can lead the line and score goals is very tough.

Re: Dorking (Home)
I'd be shocked if it's off. The rain won't be enough to cause an issue and the wind would have to be up higher than that to cause any damage that could affect the match.

Re: Kendall gone
At first Kendall seemed to cause a lot of problems with his tenacity despite his lack of goals. This gradually faded too, to a point where he was absolutely anonymous in his later appearances. Not sure if he's physically or mentally jaded by how shit we are, or whether he just had enough. Whatever t...

Re: Bye Trinity
It depends what people want. Trinity I believe have stuck over half a million in this season to make ends meet. In previous seasons it has been over a million. According to the public accounts they are over 7m down so far. For the fans to take over, we need to become more self sufficient as a club w...

Re: Bye Trinity
It's not fair to suggest they didn't also invest in the team. We had players here in recent years on far far more than our club could hope to naturally afford. It's just for whatever reason Daryl couldn't make a success of it despite that playing budget. One of the main problems before this season w...

Re: Eastleigh Home Boxing Day
I've dug them out most of the season but credit to Rees and Vincent today. The latter out of position but defended quite well and made himself available for the ball at all times. Rees playing initially more as a proper midfielder and he showed some proper graft in there. Inih a great presence with ...

Re: Flyde Away
The only way we are getting out of this slump is if Tav, Hill, Lawless, Mussa, Johnson all get/stay fit, and we sign at least 2 new players. Chances of that happening seem very low to me. We are in for a tough relegation battle in the new year.

Re: Elliot Justham
He'll be 34 in the summer. I know keepers can go on for a while but I can't believe anyone is going to pay a fee for him and give him a chance in the FL after 8 year absence at that age. He probably just wants to play every week. He's part of the furniture here now. Maybe he'll have some regrets whe...

Would never abuse Ben and hope none of our fans would either. He cares deeply about this club. I really want it to work out for him but it isn't happening.

Re: FA Trophy: Peterborough Sports (H) 9 December 2023
Don't really understand his interview. If people don't want to be here then drop them from the squad entirely. Difficult to tell who he's referring to cos the ones he puts his faith in can barely muster a run half the time either. Some of our better players this season have been the ones he didn't s...
