Re: Farewell Luke
Knew it was coming but still not happy about it. He lost his way because he was injured and then didn't get a run in the side. I've no doubt he would've recaptured his form and is better than Saah.

Re: Current Squad
Seems to me that a lot of players are quite keen to leave us this summer. I would say across all the signings we've made, the average level isn't as good as those who have left. Considering our poor form for much of the second half of last season, I can't say I'm at all optimistic. The defence worri...

Re: Zav & Gav
I think the Dickson one is probably crap. The rest might not be miles away.

It's because we can't make the existing crest a trademark.

Re: Chambers returns
I was quite excited when Dom came back even if it didn't work out.

Re: Football Rumours
The way Murphy links the play was a godsend for us last season not to mention his goals.
I think him and the obvious early bonus of Hines led us to believe we were a bit better than we were. If we lost those 2 then they'd take some replacing.

Re: Worst ever dagger
I didn't ever really feel Dickson was disinterested tbh. Strevs was unfortunately pretty bad when he came back but his first period gets him a pass.

Re: Worst ever dagger
I thought Kayleden Brown was alright. Career gone hugely downhill due to injury though.
If we're talking players who played regularly, Chris Piper is right up there for me. Played every week and was absolutely garbage.
Sam Bass anyone?

Re: Worst ever dagger
Douglas was very bad.
The year we got relegated to the Isthmian there was some right old crap in the side.
In the late 90s there were a lot of players who turned up and left again a few games later. Some of the worst were Paul Salmon and Alan Reynolds.

Re: Season Tickets
People do expect it to be cheap though. Lots of people have asked me if it's about a tenner or about a fiver to get in. They are shocked when I tell them the price. A lot of these are northern lads used to seeing their prem team for about 20 quid though.

Re: Good Luck Femi !!
Not surprised he's gone to a team who finished above us and may well pay him more. Wayne made totally the wrong move on this one for me.
