Re: Zakuani
Might be injury cover. Croll, Manny and Clark haven't been the luckiest with injuries this season, half expecting to see one of them out for a few months

Re: Who would we like McMahon to bring in...
If B&D Post have got it right we are linked with a Nottingham Forest forward on loan. Virgil Gomis. Forest have loaned a few players to us in the past so this doesn't seem out there. McMahon managed him at Macclesfield too. On paper he has a goalscoring record worse than Quigley but then again s...

Re: Who would we like McMahon to bring in...
It is probably a bit of a long shot, you don't tend to see Prem teams lend their players to the conference and West Ham U23s will probably want to keep their squad together as they are top of the table but if they wanted to give any of the players a taste of first team football then I wouldn't mind ...

Re: Who would we like McMahon to bring in...
Kings Lynn have a prolific striker Adam Marriott, 22 goals already and if national league website is up to date only 2 of them penalties. Seems he is a Suffolk boy so reasonably local. Keanu Marsh-Brown seems to be a free agent at the moment. I remember him doing ok in this division with Forest Gree...

Re: Jody Brown Post Match
The assassination of the Archduke is probably a good way of describing our attack at the moment. They threw a grenade at his car, missed and got the one behind. Then later in the day the Archduke's driver took the wrong turning and ended up in front of one of the assassins who was having a sandwich ...

Re: McMahon it is then.
It must be hard to motivate a team that isn't being paid to the point they have threatened strikes and yet Macclesfield have less losses than half the league and only a -4 goal difference. Considering it was his first go at League 2 not bad really. It is a slight concern the club want to take legal ...

Re: Who would you replace Taylor with?
I've got a real outside bet but I was having a look at the league and Brackley Town are currently 3rd, scored 43, conceded 13. The last couple of years they have finished 3rd with a goal difference in the 30's. Won the FA Trophy the other year. Their manager Kevin Wilkin did have the Wrexham job for...

Re: Taylor out !!
Quigley has near enough everything except he cant finish! I mean that is detrimental for a striker but he plays on the smallest defender and wins everything. He holds it up well too. I have a feeling he will be an Akinde that leaves and plays under/with someone who is a proper finisher. He will be ...

Re: Taylor out !!
Well we have sort of got him out for a bit. Apparently he has just had an operation and will have a phased return. They haven't said how long the phasing is but even a fortnight would be a chance to see if getting his negativity out the way helps things at all.

Re: Taylor out !!
I'm sure the owners have already looked at it but we do need an investigation into why there are so many injuries. Why does everyone out for a week or two end up on the operating table. Is it outdated equipment, staff, practices, do we rush guys back into training too early and make problems worse, ...

Re: Tamplin
Unless he is going to have more level headed expectations I don't see where the fanbase will come from to justify his usual tactic of mass spending on showcase signings. A lot of the local clubs are doing reasonably ok, even Hornchurch are making a big push for promotion into conference south and si...

Re: One step forward and Two steps back
I agree with some of the thoughts around Quigley that he is improving a lot. He generally wins most crosses that come to him and tries to link someone else up even with almost every defender pulling him back. His play is more Emile Heskey, just now we need someone to step up and attempt to be Michae...
