Re: Last night's meeting

At the end of the day people have decided to save their money and rely on others to become members as that suited them until now as it seems an important vote has come up. To say that were not aware or the club should have promoted this more is utter nonsence.

Re: Last night's meeting

I would also add that more than 75% of those voting last night must have been satisfied with all the answers given and that there was plenty of time to ask any questions.

Re: Last night's meeting

I have been a member for many years and find it so contradictory that the people who want it to remain a member's club on the forum in the main could not be arsed to be members themselves but want to be involved now because a major decision has to be made. The other thing that I find annoying is lot...

Re: Last night's meeting

I was at the meeting last night and would bet that your insider was most certainly an anti Tamplin voter. I say that because your article is most certainly slanted that way. I thought the meeting was well organised and run and gave the opportunity before the vote to ask lots of questions and for tho...

Re: Johnny Hoof

That was a brilliant display from the team with some outstanding performances from a number of players. A few years ago Dwight Gayle made his debut for the Daggers and immediately looked a special talent, having seen Corey Whitely at Woking last week and again in the game yesterday I would say this ...

Re: Gooders on radio

I believe as a full member that I am open minded and until all the facts are presented to me I will then make a decision based on what will be in the best interest of the club. It just seems to me that's the way most people will base their decision rather than rumour and innuendo.

Re: Craig Robson

Announced on Bognor Regis FC that he agreed terms subject to a medical over two weeks ago. Surprised it's not confirmed if he passed medical! Looking at the Boreham Wood website last week there was an apology from their chairman saying that although they had previously said that Luke Howell had sig...

Re: End of an era

Some of our fans seem to think it is the end of the world but like you I have been a supporter for many years and over the last nine have far exceeded all my expectations.
Well done for stating what a number of us think.

Re: Northampton Thread

I agree with previous posts that Northampton were a very good side and looked so comfortable on the ball. I thought they broke so fast out of defense into attack and their player up front Toney held the ball up really well and some of his touches were exceptional and he was a constant thorn in our s...

Re: Catching Up

I think those that run the club have been involved in football long enough including the manager to know whether a couple of days abroad would be worthwhile. We also sometimes forget that they have done amazingly well financially to sustain a club at this level for so long with our crowds.

Re: Its all over!

What do some people seriously think that a team with an average attendance of around 1900 with a small budget and a new manager should win this league? I think some people should live in the real world.
