Re: police kid
If ever there was an advert for beating your kids it would represent his twitter. All the signs are there, big bad man... No respect for anyone and probably couldn't take a decent slap if offered one. Hopefully the authorities will keep catching up with him. People like that ain't welcome at our clu...

Re: Arnu
The fight should be shown at half time in the centre circle. Surely has to be better entertainment than an ever more shit (if that's possible cos they were also shit) version of the hammerettes!!!

Re: FIFA 14
Play him on the left side of a front three, much like our current formation with two attacking wingers with Murphy in the middle.
Not a starter, but I've certainly had no issues with him!

Re: Now that was Pathetic....
I think you two need to shake hands and agree to disagree. Every thread is becoming your show. Neither of you would probably get involved in any level of debate face to face and highlight the issue with forums. I agree with the right to air your opinions, but it shouldn't start to get personal. It w...

Re: Now that was Pathetic....
It was heading for a 0-0 from the off and aside for a very poor piece of goalkeeping (stay on your line or come and actually get the ball), we both deserved a point in clearly difficult conditions. We didn't attack the 6 yard box half as much as we should do and when we did get in on goal, there wer...

Re: Dave has gone.....long live Dave
Thanks Dave. If anyone had a claim to being a proper Dagger - it's him. Good to see that we've appointed another local, with by looks of it quite a bit of experience around the club and running a local business. Long May Dave Andrews hard work and commitment live on and hopefully he'll still be arou...

Re: Brian Woodall
I agree bearaab. Lots of comments taken out of context and being read in the way that people want to show their argument. For all those saying about other cases (Hughes etc), think about all of the other jobs that people convicted of drink driving do, do they get sacked? Being a professional footbal...

Re: We are supporting him...bless!
While I don't wish to argue with you, I do feel that you would benefit from re-reading the article and what Thommo has actually said. "Encourage and support him" in the sense of undertaking the awareness course. An objective view show responsibility as an employer and shows that we aren't ...

Re: We are supporting him...bless!
Personally I think a club like ours should be looking to get him involved in the local drink drive awareness campaign. It's not glorifying it, it's a way of warding other stupid people off (believe it there are probably more than a handful in the crowd every other fortnight who have done it at least...

Re: Wane Burnett Fashion Watch
That's because he's double 'ard Merge. Still would have been on the bench with a blanket and flask in hand. With Terry Harris getting up to rub his wrinkled, frosty cheeks every five minutes or so. Apparently the club have been able to afford Zav and Murphy and bought Medy a pair of boots that actua...

Re: 14-0!
Something similar happened to a team I played for years ago. Needing a win to finish in the top two and going for automatic promotion, we turned up, they laughed at us. 14-1 (30 seconds from a first clean sheet of the season for me!) and the league recorded us as the losing side. Cue an appeal lodge...

You've gotta love lazy journalists and their lazy journalism. I demand an explanation from the author - so long as it isn't as pony as "I ran out of words." It'll probably be completely incomprehensible with a few "ooh ahh's" thrown in for good measure. Hopefully they are there f...
