Re: on reflection

Totally agree. I think it is a measure of how far we have come in the last few months that we walk away disappointed after losing to a team who are no doubt getting automatic promotion. But for a fantastic save from their keeper from Cureton's header and the chance JC missed, we may have come away w...

Daggers do enough to deflate Pools

Not a great performance last night, but the better team won.

I hope we get revenge on Tranmere Saturday and push on.

Please have a look at my latest Daggers post.

Re: Doh!! For Daggers!!

I never said he was better than Yusuff, nor did I pick the team. Would I have picked him ahead Yusuff, probably not but as he was playing and Yusuff wasn't. I think he did what he was put on the pitch to do. Granted he faded in the second half and made a few mistakes, but compared to some of the pla...

Happy birthday Stuart Thurgood!!

33 years old today'

What I wouldn't give to have him in our midfield right now. Won more in midfield in 17 appearances than our complete midfield has in the last 2 seasons.

Happy birthday Stuart!!

Please read my latest daggers post.

Too much passion or just irresponsibility?

In the wake of Abu's sending off at the weekend.

I thought his reaction after the so called foul was unacceptable and not the actions of a captain.

Just my opinion.

Re: Billy Bingham

I reckon he will play Saturday as I assume Boucaud will still be on International duty, although personally I think he should be playing even with Boucaud in the team, he should be playing in a 3 along side Abu on the left side of centre midfield. If you play Bingham there and Abu on the right of ce...

A View From The TBS

After Saturday's first TBS game I had forgotten what a different view you get from up there, you seem to notice things that pass you by when watching in the sieve. One thing that stood out above anything else though was the fact that Jamie Cureton was the best player on that pitch on Saturday by a c...

Time to bring back Trumpet Boy!!

With all the talk about atmosphere in the sieve lately, could it be time for "Trumpet Boy" to dust off his bugle and come out of retirement?

Please read my latest Daggers post.
Thanks!!
