Re: NL: Chesterfield (A) 9 September 2023

Couldn’t get to the game but watching the highlights I thought the sending off was a bit harsh, and at the resulting free kick I thought the 2 man wall left Justham exposed, at least make it difficult for them, also looks like the player took a dive for the penalty, biased I know but still cheating ...

Re: NL: AFC Flyde (H) 2 September

Unable to get to the game today due to unforeseen circumstances but great to see us building up a head of steam, also a positive is that we were 3-1 up before any of the latest loan players came on! Looking good for chesterfield

Re: Barnet

A well deserved win today even though it was against 12 men, that referee was so biased against us it was unbelievable, but our boys all battled hard and gave us a proper Daggers performance, so happy with this result BUT… let’s not paper over the cracks with one good performance, we are still looki...

Re: NL: Gateshead (H) 15 August 2023

It’s now almost 10-30am the day after the nightmare, still no match report or post match interview with the manager! I for one want to know his response and excuses for that debacle, usually something posted by now, could there possibly be some dissent in the dressing room??

Re: NL: Gateshead (H) 15 August 2023

Were Gateshead that good last night? What I watched seemed like a training session for them as we provided absolutely nothing after the first 25/20 minutes, the set up of the side is wrong wrong wrong! I’ve never felt so negative about a season this early in, and why the f#k did I waste my money on ...

Re: Dreadfull.

That has to be one of the worst performances I’ve seen in many a year, totally embarrassing in some respects, I hate to say it but the pikeys played us off the park. Didn’t take much effort because the team that Strevs has built to build on the Daggers ethos of hard work and “being a Dagger” must st...

We’re being given the runaround! Second best in every department, biased referee doesn’t help but as it stands we are getting out arse kicked

Re: No Views From The Sieve

I haven’t been able to attend either of the home pre season games but I’ve been sent some pictures of these new structures, it’s unbelievable that someone has given the go ahead for this, from now on if you stand around the middle 50% of the sieve your view will be obstructed of the playing area by ...

Re: Southend United

Game now not being televised and reverting back to 300pm kick off. The club are up for sale and hoping to be sold. There are so many problems with them at the moment that they need to resolve, so many doubts as to whether they will continue, unless things improve dramatically and quickly as they ar...

Re: Friendly: West Ham (H)

Not sure what the official attendance was yesterday but would imagine around 5000 which seemed quite full. I do remember however, the old Dagenham fc playing Reading in the fa cup in 1967 when there was 7200 at Victoria road. I know the layout of the ground was completely different then with the Bu...

Looks like a very good signing, but we still need to get another centre back, I’m dreading that we might sign the crap trialist who featured at Hornchurch last Saturday

Re: Friendly: Hornchurch (A)

I’d be not only very surprised if the centre back trialist was offered a contract but I would be very concerned about the coming season, he was slow, clumsy and his distribution was poor. As for the rest of the game I’m not sure just what was achieved from our side, most players only played half a g...
