Re: Now that was Pathetic....

Sometimes the ship will roll a bit and the last few games have seen us frustrated at the way we've defended and some of our players who have really showed some class previous have really dropped form (Remember Rochdale, what a performance!) I've tremendous faith in Wayne to see this through though an...

Re: We Have 10 points....

Getting slightly concerned here were losing quite a bit away and they're the important games that you need to grasp at least a point to be good contenders for promotion especially heading into Xmas /end of year period, Hartlepool, Plymouth and Saturday at Oxford Utd. Nine points gone which in light ...

Re: IF THE ANSWER IS SCOTT WHATS THE QUESTION

Pretty shite day to put it lightly, obviously the wind didn't help but that works on both sides and Oxford could have completely buried us by half hour gone our defence was so open to what you might expect on a local pitch Sunday morning stuff. The only two highlights were D'Ath running around like ...

What did we do for an unusual dagger free day?

For a couple of weeks after we abruptly left the F.A Cup shores in Bristol, thought about where can I go for a day without the daggers, so trying to toss up between the O's, Hammers, Stevenage and even hitting the Thameslink line down to Brighton to see them play against high rising Foxes or dipping...

Re: Official match thread

Not a bad nights entertainment in South West London, especially a cracking second half, think we could have nicked it but found the tall guys of the Wombles a barrier to us going on and winning the game. But overall thought a one all was a fair result. Nice atmosphere in their two club bars and foun...

I'll be there and as its a ground I've never done and looking forward to it, any good boozers? Early off work and hope to meet a few boys down Norbiton way, just hope we get 'back on song' and grab a good win.

Re: Match Thread - Plymouth v Daggers

After last weeks great win was expecting us to do very well here and come away with at least a point, but came away pretty disheartened that we just didn't 'show up' and keeled over in the second half, never used our left side at all after oranges and yes that winning goal guy took a really 'bend it...

Re: The Next Seven games

Quite well put Lion, those 7 games could in effect be so important for us and in hindsight the two away games of 'pacesetters' Oxford United & Chesterfield will be the biggest test this season on how far we have matured from the calamity of last season. Believe it or not were probably do very we...

Re: Winning the playoffs or winning the league?

Cant be any other answer than winning it outright, I know a little club like ours needs a surplus supply of cash and doing three matches (inclusive of final) would roll it in a bit, but wouldn't it be great to go up as Champions or even one drop down as runners-up. Although play offs are more exciti...

Re: Monday night thred

Brackley Town have just beaten the Gills 1-0 in 1st Round replay, League one boys walloped by a non league team, lost a manager and now a cup run, not a bad Monday night after all.

Re: We're in the playoff places

What a great day, splendid result especially considering Burton were riding higher than us, what I really liked even when we were 2-0 up we still attacked in force as if we just didn't want to settle for the two, that is the big difference from last season, a never die spirit. To be fair I thought B...
