Re: so...who starts

Assombalonga can't be recalled within the initial month I believe. Hope he's back soon and can play wide with Corey back in the middle. Gives us options to rest people with Guttridge back.

Re: Tamplin has gone

Big questions now. We are way over budget. We've signed 5 players and a scout that we didn't plan for. Will Tamplin pay up regardless as Tommo said was agreed?

Is his behaviour a pattern yet or is posting this still petty?

I believe I read that they would withdraw from England squad if there was a replay.

Re: F.C. Halifax at home

Have to say my view isn't far from that of Adrian. They didn't have a lot and created about 2 chances in 90 which is very few. They did work very hard but that should be expected of any side. First half we were woeful. Second half saw more effort but quality lacking. They did pack the defence but we...

Re: What can we expect for November

Barrow will be tough as will another plastic pitch at Maidstone. If we get 12 I'll be surprised. Think injuries and tiredness will take their toll soon. I'm sure we'll give it a good go though.

Re: What a difference a year makes

We'd struggle in the division above due to inexperience, size, physicality. You can't get away with 2 or 3 players going missing for 45 mins at that level like we have occasionally this season. That isn't a dig, just to be expected from a young side, and they have the ability to win games with small...

Re: Macclesfield

Horrendous tackle. He should've gone. And he committed further offences in the game. And he then set up the equaliser. Tough to take.

Re: Macclesfield

I think it's a lot more to do with being visibly lighter, fitter, allowing him to get around the pitch more. Also he isn't being pressed as much as he's in a worse division, and he's trying to pass forward more than achieve 95% pass completion.

Great performance from him today.

Re: Todays Game

The catering is getting worse by the week tbh. And no wonder our food hygiene score was so bad judging by how it's stored and transported.

The rolls are often stale, the chips are shite (taste like they've been thawed and refrozen). At least they've restored the tea pot last few games.
