Re: International Duty
Would almost certainly expect to see the wide men come back in and we have Chambers in his floating role in and around Cureton with Abu and Howell as the man central players... I personally think the 'if Bingham is fit' line will still be getting a run out come March or April of next year. While I ...

Re: Dugout
[quote="shoreyda2nd"]One thing I did notice, after the bad tackle in the 2nd half that could/should have earned York's defender a red, pretty much every player for both sides got involved in the melee. Partridge was our only player (besides Cousins 60 yards away) to not move at all towards...

Re: Chants for the Sieve
Our home form is good for away fans mind . If you supported one of the opponents and had to chose and away game DAGENHAM would be the one. At 22 pound a poke you need three season ticket holders for that.
So our home form may encourage somebody!

Re: Dugout
Look at the positives, you could throw one of those greasy mank burgers at him, still get him straight in the back of the head and he'd never know who threw it from where you sit merge. Is it me or is the walkround by the players at the end a bit half arsed these days ? The other Positive being that ...

Re: Assists
The JPT game I have no doubt we will see a lot more of both so it's going to be worth going just for that.

Re: Artificial Pitches
Don't think teams at our level are much worried about losing game to snow that occurs once in every full moon on a Pancake Tuesday. If we go for it we immediatly have a training complex 100% better then what we have at the moment. This will then perhaps enable any record signings to appear more ofte...

Re: York
If our Manager had made that call after Morecambe and Brentford then I am confident the Cambridge game would have been saved. The Manager does not need to be made to sound as a tatical genius it was plain for all to see O'Brien had to be dropped. As he is fond of saying he picks the Team and even as...

Re: York
Oh and just in the interest of fairness I have to say that our RB looked more like my childhood super hero today and not the Joker .

Re: York
We were supposed to be signing two goalkeepers to compete with eachother, not to have one first choice and one backup. O'Brien clearly isn't up to competing as a first choice. I'm not sure how he is any better than Seabright as a backup, let alone why he was picked to be first choice in the first p...

Re: York
Lol he's not THAT bad. Just glad they've both been given a chance! Cousins certainly looks better so far but O'Brien will be a good keeper in future, hopefully Jim Stannard can progress him. Liked the way Cousins managed the game from his end, simple things, but wasted time well without getting boo...

Re: York
No chance what ever way you kick when you play like they did . Also helps when you have a adequate Goalkeeper . When we count the beans up a home tie with a struggling Fulham was chucked away because somehow Cousins was classed as an inferior Goalkeeper.

Re: Artificial Pitches
[quote="rechitski kinzhal"]...... you mean we have guaranteed football when there is three feet of snow outside. The home fans won't bother, the away fans won't be able to get there, the game will be delayed a couple of hours as the away team is held up in traffic and the the club will spe...

Away from Femi for a second... isn't it great to the answers to all our poor Home form problems has been here all season sitting on the bench!! Rejoice rejoice rejoice, not getting carried away however there were lots of things about what we did today that any decent Team would have dealt with and ...

Re: York
I actually want Femi to score after running with the ball from his own 6yd box then nutmegging Thug on the halfway line and leaving him for dead with that Femi pace we all knew and loved, finally walloping it in from about 3 yards out.Thgen he can run to the dugout, curl one off and sling it in Wayne...

Artificial Pitches
Football League Clubs vote to look at the view of introducing plastic pitches from next season. Talked about this on here before and it looks like a juganult that is not going to be stopped. Got to be a good investment for the Club. Training cost must be high and injuries that the surface has caused...
