I think we'll probably get walloped, perhaps draw or maybe sneak a win.
Slightly interesting dynamic with Hessenthaler being given the first team job at Orient - can remember him being an amazing midfielder in the Redbridge Forest title-winning team..managed by John Still! ;)

Re: New player.
Looks decent (centre-halves tend to be tall as a general rule) and sounds keen - hope it works out well.

Can't really see us scoring a goal ever again..
Hartlepool 2 Daggers 0

Re: Carlisle Match
After the epic 'Clash of the Shitans' on Saturday, we have a return to our default position of being the underdog. Depends a lot on what kind of Carlisle team turns up Tues night (they got spanked at the weekend, albeit against Northampton) - if we can somehow get a goal (which would involve the cra...

Re: When Still left.
I've not seen a single person disagree with the fact we weren't (and hadn't been) doing well when Wayne took over. Plenty of people have disagreed as to when Burnett should have gone. Some folks feel he did great with the 9th & 14th finishes - others did not. For me - and it's just my personal v...

Was always going to be a bit tricky for whoever took over from the chipmunk, especially with Stevenage pulling most of the funding..

Re: The bitching can start....
I've no issue with the club doing a special promo. Personally, I'd be more keen on something along the lines of a "community day"..perhaps giving schools, charity-funded-clubs, care-homes, warden-controlled facilities, those with disabilities+their carers, etc the chance of a day out - alo...

Re: Prediction v Newport
Thought Newport gave Blackburn a decent game earlier in the week..
Whilst I'd love a win, I certainly wouldn't turn my nose up at a draw..esp considering it's being played on a windy old rugby pitch
