Does anyone know where I can find a list of our all time top app makers since we've been D&R (apart from in programmes) surely abs and doey will be in the top 5 by the time they leave.

From a thing I mucked around with a while a go, our top 5 before this season were:
Tony Roberts - 505
Jason Broom - 341
Danny Shipp - 323
Tim Cole - 293
Mark Janney - 292

This may not be 100% accurate, and may include some ESC games from when they counted as first team games. It is Dagenham & Redbridge only.
Neither Doe or Ogogo would get past Janney this season, but Doe will move into 6th place above Steve Conner. Ogogo will be just behind Conner.

Doe must be most Football League appearances for us then?

Not convinced those numbers are right TBH

Tony Roberts played his 406th game for Dagenham & Redbridge on the 14/03/2009 against Chesterfield to pass Jason Broom. Tony retired at the end of 2010/11 on 507 appearances.

Jason Broom 405 (1992/93 to 2002/03) - Jason also appeared in 57 games for Redbridge Forest in 1990/91 and 1991/92.

Soccerbase has Scott Doe on 238 league appearances for us. Abu has 220. Robbo has 180, Nark Arber 179 (Football League).

Is Jon Nurse not near that list? I know there was times when he wasn't a regular starter, but he was with us for a good few years.

Think it will be a while before any of them get beat.

Good call. 182 Football League appearances for Jon Nurse (Soccerbase). 50 as a sub though.

I did say it was probably not 100% accurate. I've got it in a fair bit of detail, built up from old programs, match reports etc, and I know that in some seasons the appearances for last games weren't always easy to find. I'll take only being 2 out for Robbo, not sure about the difference from Broom though. I may go back to it at some point and try and get it game by game.
There was a point when I was going to try and sort out making it available in some form, but never got round to it.
