John Still left because he needed a new project so he says. What's new about this one ??"

Arnu, don't forget these guys are under a contract of employment not ownership. When Stilly left I believe his contract was just about up and as such it was most likely the contracts of his junior staff were up too. At that time, they are free to choose where they want to be next and given that JS had left, their expectancy of continued employment here was precarious at best.

And let us not forget, perhaps the best manager this club (or evolution of) ever had was Ted Hardy. When Ted arrived here, he bought many of his team from Leyton. When Ted left here, he took many of that team (including Dennis Moore and Martin Smith to name a few) to Bishops Stortford. However, in 1996, to revive the club, Ted was bought back and later given the title of Life Vice President. The movement of staff and player personnel when changes occur is standard procedure.

Oh, and rest assured, once WB has gone, that'll be it, no looking back 6 months down the road.
