Consistent team selection. Injuries aside whoever is in charge needs to work out a best XI & stick to it!

Release / ship out on loan or whatever some of the dead wood ... Notsoworthy/Boucard/Ferdinand

Supporters to make one hell of an almighty effort to get behind the team.
If the efforts that went into protesting & telling Burnett what we thought of him Saturday can be replicated with support and singing for the players we may become our 12th man once again!

Any more for any more ??

To disregard the last few months is a certainty. We need to focus on kick-starting our season which means motivating and getting behind our team at all times.

It is imperative the club starts to captivate the fans once again and to prioritise the supporters. The last few months has seen the badge changed amongst other things of which we, the fans, weren't consulted on meaning there was almost a disconnect between fans and staff/players.

And finally, whoever the new boss is, lets support him wholeheartedly!

Switch back the dugouts. The other dugout has been mightily unlucky for us - we have hardly won at home since switching.

;)

I do find some of these comments about 'people who were protesting...to get behind the team now' a little patronising. We got the change we wanted, we've always been behind the team, whatever the 11 were that day. (Notice that nearly all of the protests happened after the 80th minute when it was felt the game was not recoverable). It should be taken for granted that we will be wanting a 6-0 victory for us on Saturday and will be vocal about it.

When the club announce the next manager they should slash ticket prices to get people in for their first home game.

Or give people a voucher for a free Burger or something to thank fans for their support despite repeated failure at home.

What is needed is for us to win more games than York and Yeovil, simple stuff really.

Personally, I reckon the current group, properly motivated, tactically well set up and without the constant chopping and changing have a decent chance.

Key things to do:

- Get the armband of Boucard. I'd give it to Labadie based on current form
- Play two up front, a big man to help out JC - personally I'd give Doidge a proper run
- Never, ever play Boucaud in a midfield two again - if that means he never plays, so be it.
- Get some proper width in the team

We have big problems to solve at centre half if Ayo's loan is up and it would be great to get Dunne in full time and/or get Richards back fit, otherwise,we can survive with this squad.

About 35 points should do it....

Just the 1.5 points per game to be precise

If you think dire Yeovil and York are going to get 33 and 32 respectively and for that matter Newport and Hartlepool will get another 27.

As somebody says we have to just outpoint these teams admiedly two of them by 7 points but not all hope is lost.

Hang on just seen yesterday's highlights ,give it up we are down

we need at very least.
1. new centre back that commands his defense.
2. box to box midfielder
3.creative player either just behind the striker or on wing.
4. goalscorer , only cureton is worthwhile the rest are not fit to clean his boots let alone lace them.

then move onto our left back spot as neither LB are capable,

then our gk needs a no1 not 2 no1 as that is horrid for the pair of them. plus doesnt help the defense at all. stupid idea to have 2 goalkeepers as good or bad as each other. 1 gets the shout for me with the other moved out on loan or if lucky moved out freeing up some funds.

end of day whoever is mad enough to take this sorry lot on has a tough task ahead of him
but we finished 9th!

None of the above featured yesterday we still got tonked.

You could probably add another 9 or 10 shirkers to that list.

Almost total clearout needed.Sell Jones for whatever we can get then use that money towards a better player or 2 than what we have.

In fact get over to Borehamwood and get Luke Howell and Scott Doe back and maybe beg shrewsbury to let us have Abs as well.(he'll be back in lg 2 next year along with Bingham and Crewe anyway)Medy Elito anyone ?

Oh and put a roof over the bury road end and let the home supporters have the TBS or whatever its called these days. We'd all fit in there nicely and you could give the rest of the ground to the away support.
Bollix to Shampoo, it's real poo we want !
