Not one to moan... but... surely something needs to be done if they were warned about this problem at the start of the season??

Would have been kinder to supporters if they had called it off yesterday when all the signs were there that it wouldnt take place, instead of leaving it until this morning.

Looking in hindsight even on Friday it looked like this game was very doubtful, but beats me how the officials could honestly think that leaving it a few more hours to a 9 Saturday morning view was going to give it 'an outside chance', it must have been pretty bad around this part of the world for days, certainly more wet plain than London area. We heard the news on the Express bus (M4) about 9.30 and from the minute we arrived at Newport till a slight break at 3, then a heavy return it peed down non-stop and when we finally looked round Rodney it was like one gigantic lake even on the entrance concourse. Spoon pubs are always saviours and met quite a few County fans travelling from the likes of Bristol and North Wales and they also were late informed. Are well it could have been a lot worse like the game called off halfway stage and must say the away stand, the Bisley looks quite smart and heard a lovely bar area to it. Probably a Tuesday night drive job now and could be at least a month away cause they're two before yesterday to sort out at home and will probably still be raining!
