Quite a few of the players you mention were here before Burnett took over.
Given that one of the common defences of him over his first two years was "it's not his team,judge him when it's his team" I don't think it'd really valid to include them.

I'm not sure what money has to do with it. Still hasn't brought in loads of expensive journey man players. If Burnett had more money to spend he'd have still used it on players like Chambers, Dickson and Batt.

Boucaud looks better now because he's fitter and has the right players around him.

Agree DTD one of the worst players surely to wear the shirt . Adrian is right most of the Players I quoted were not Burnetts Players but if he could have kept Doe, Bingham , Abu, Murphy and Howell then even he would have had no excuses.

One thing for certain most have not progressed after they left here and who knows we may have a star player in the future who will look at that fact and decide that its better to be a big fish in a small pond for a little longer then some have in the past.
