I think its fair to say Femi needed a bit of a kick up the arse but I think he's got the message now.He was a bit rusty v Northampton but made some good tackles, blocks and sent Northampton backwards more than a few times.Connors is a good prospect and as you know I do like competition to keep players on their toes.Im totally sure though he is not as good as Femi just yet and I think its time to give Femi a decent run in the side again.Femi is stronger, faster and harder to get past and Id feel a lot safer with him back in the team.An on form Femi is the one I want back though not the lack lustre one we've had since last seasons end.

Doe is by far the better player this season,Saah is too good to drop so Id have a back 4 of Hoyte,Doe,Saah and Femi.I think Wilky is great for Hoofing but not so good on the floor.I am now convinced Abs is a good midfielder and Doe hasn't been bad at RB in recent games but not as good as Hoyte there.Bit of a dilemma for Wayne I think.

The way Wilkinson limped off the other night I think the Manager will be able to wait a couple of more games before having to make that decision.

Last season I would have said Wilkinson was the first name on the team sheet, but he has not looked as assured this year when he has played. Even as his biggest fan I would have to say sorry Luke but at the moment it is Scott and Brian.

As for the left back well it is no contest to me, how anybody can consider that Femi had anymore then an awful game last Saturday at Northampton is beyond me. He was simply dreadful in my eyes and Jack Connors is by far the better player out the two.

Doe has been very good this season. Saah has been very consistent as well. No brainer for me there. Wilkinson was very good last year but as luck would have it, he's going to have to wait for his chance at the moment.

I love Femi but Connors has done nothing wrong and deserves his place. I think Femi will regain it eventually as I don't think Burnett will keep him in the limelight for too long. A bit like Obafemi who played for a few games and now has just been taken out of the limelight again slightly. It's good squad management I think. Blooding players in the side whilst maintaining that element of competition and keeping everyone happy.

The goals he scores and the shot he has on him, i'm sure if we had a mini injury crisis we could do worse then have Wilkinson as a defensive/ holding midfielder in the midfield three. Certainly no worse for me than Doe playing at right back.

At the moment Doe and Saah should be the starting players at CB when all are fit simply because neither has done enough to get dropped and let Wilkinson back in imo

Really stuck at LB. Connors will go on and on over the next few seasons which i'm not sure we will see from Femi but he is probably still my first choice this season.

Quite a shame Ian Gayle hasn't been given a chance, looks a good prospect.

Not sure about Femi or Connors. Whenever I start watching a game I think, surely Connors can't play again next week. But after his 10 minute "getting into the game" spell, he's done pretty well and really I can't have many complaints. Despite being in the same position they do bring different qualities to the side - genuinely not that fussed as long as whoever plays there, plays well.

Not seen Connors play yet so i'm hoping he gets a run out today. Doe as Wilkinson is injured.
