Hi all.

Sorting out the shed today I found a couple of boxes of Daggers programmes, and the attached shirt. Just wondered what season it might have come from. I'm thinking '97/'98.

Any ideas, anyone ?

Icis were isthmian league sponsors 1995–97, so one of those seasons.

Thank you, Auntie. Gets me a little closer :) Inspecting the kit a little closer, it looks like the kit was actually made by ICIS, which might confuse things. But I think you're right about the years. I think I'm leaning towards the '94/'95 season . . .

It was definitely post 97.

We had a year when we changed the home kit in consecutive years but kept the same design. I think this was one of those 2. Possibly 98.

It was 97-98. In 98-99 we wore the same kit but with compass sponsor.

Looks like the missing kit from http://www.historicalkits.co.uk/Dagenha ... bridge.htm
Send them a picture of it so they can complete the Daggers kit section!

It was used at the start of the 1997/8 season. We were forced to use ICIS once our kit deal with ENS ran out as part of the league sponsorship rules. ICIS then went under a couple of months later so we had to get another kit supplier.

Back when kits were proper kits. Heavy fabric, ill fitting and everything on it could peel off(or be peeled off by those of us with short attention spans!). And don't get me started on boots!!!

Cheers, everyone :)
