That was exactly my point on the first post. I honestly think he is waiting for the club to go pop and then to take over, having trousered the £5 million from Bechetti and form AFC Orient! Look at Wimbledon - what fun they have had in the past 10 years!
That is one possibility. Another is for him to say "the club are gone, I'm heartbroken, I sank over £10m and all of my time into it, I don't have the energy to do it again and it's not viable to have another club so close to West Ham" - then develop the site at an enormous profit.
