... my old mate diggerdagger1??

I note his account has gone the way of the "email to 21 clubs" thread, deleted. Not dormant, gone, presumably purged by Admin.

Did he take his own advice and go to support Billericay?

Pretty sure you can't delete yourself on here (I've been through my profile, can't see the option), which means only someone with admin permissions would've been able to. Happy to be corrected though.

As some of you may recall there were problems with this forum caused by software issues. It was referenced in this post from the Feedback thread.
Auntie Merge wrote: Tue Dec 12, 2017 6:56 pm A number of posts are missing from threads.

This is down to software issues. The more observant of you might have noticed the forum was down on Sunday; this was not of my making -
The software desperately needs to be patched and I haven't yet been given access to do this. As soon as I have access, it will be patched within 48 hours.
Apologies but until I have the access there is nothing I can do.
At the same time as posts disappearing, a number of user accounts also disappeared and some posters had to re-register. It is highly likely this account disappeared at the same time.

The software has been fully updated and it is hoped that there will be no further data loss.

Ah OK, fair enough. Shame, I miss our little chats... :banghead:

Out of interest, do you not back up the forum D/B before you do upgrades?

Backups are regularly taken but this was before I was given access.
