I'm getting a few emails from people who are having difficulty logging in.
1. If your log-in was working perfectly back in April, there is no reason for it not to be working perfectly now.
2. Remember that your username is case and space sensitive, like your password. For example. AD min, won't get me in, ADMIN won't get me in, but admin will.
3. If you are still having repeated problems then please email the admin link on the forgotten password page.
4. There was an issue before we upgraded (Dec 2017) where a number of usernames disappeared when the software broke and restored itself. Those who were affected by this will need to re-register.
