Who would we like to come back
Who would we like to come back
Now it looks like we are in a better financial state who would we like to see return to the daggers if its possible.
IMO we have a squad potentially as good as last season but lack a fox in the box and a leader on the pitch. For a leader, I would love to see Scott Doe, or possibly Jake Howell return. Peter Taylor working with Corey Whitley could transform him into an even better player and he would be my number one choice for another striker.

Re: Who would we like to come back
I’m not sure about anybody returning, never usually works out does it? Although I always liked Doe. (So did the physio)
I’m wondering if “Mr Dagenham” will be sniffing around again if he senses money to enhance his love for his club.

Dwight Gayle. We can outbid the Chinese now...
Seriously, no one. Let's look forward, not back.

There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

All the above with Luke Howell, knew what this Club was all about.
Don't think there is a need for any other as they were all high earners who did not acheive much here

They were the heart of the club and are sorely missed.

including the 4 people named. Yet the terrible
twins think we should move on and I should lock this thread! The club is for everyone to support, not just the people the puppets want to pick and choose.
Daggers fans of all ages welcome, especially old friends.
Re: Who would we like to come back
Merge, this thread appears to have been intended to start a discussion as to players people might like to see return rather than to start a scab picking exercise which your post was likely to start.

All who have gone before with the exception of Hopkin should be welcomed back, no need for any new debates.
Re: Who would we like to come back
Are we forgetting our player of the season 2017/2018 Mark Cousins, he was excellent, but I would like to see our fans return and support our young players who are giving 100% this term, Mr Doe and his excuses last time out was disappointing and was starting to slow down anyway although he did give great service during his earlier years at the club.
