... prompted by a meaningless friendly, that was pretty decent today.

Got to see us win for the first time this season and saw something that looked like it had the fight of a Daggers team of old.
It would have been so easy for us to go to pieces after conceding so early but it didn't look like happening.

Robinson and Phipps look a good partnership in the centre and give a bit of muscle.
Onariase is a proper centre back as well - that diving header block near the end was fantastic.

The save by Justham would be being shown on repeat if it was in the Premier League.

It weren't pretty but there was a lot of fight today and the win was well deserved.

Interesting that a defeat in the Essex Senior Cup got more reaction on here than a win against a really good team pushing for promotion in the league.

The thread Arnu started has 9 posts, if you count Adrian’s here that’s 10.

The post for the Essex Senior Cup also generated 10 posts within the first 24 hours of the match finishing, with 7 more after the fact.

However if it’s the case the thread doesn’t match the 17 of the ESC thread it’s pretty much the nature of fans forums in general. It’s no different on Twitter either.
