He’s out of contract in a few months. I suspect he may want to see out his contract and then look at his options, which might be football league and higher wages.

Looking at the girls forum they think if eaves leaves Wilkinson will.get a chance, but if he stays he'll be loaned out back to us or be released. Let's hope eaves stays xD.

He appears to be present on the far right of a pic of Tim Howard addressing the squad that has been tweeted this morning by Craig Unger

I'm also not entirely convinced about the terms of that 2 club rule. Doe played for 3 clubs last season. I know there was some loophole with emergency loans but none of Doe's were loans.

Last season Doe played for Daggers, Whitehawk and Boreham Wood.

Like I said before, I'm still not certain about this but if I'm right in understanding that it's a maximum of two 'professional' clubs - then Whitehawk and Boreham Wood (unless they are full time?) do not count.

You can also look at Bondz N'Gala. Played for Barnet and Eastleigh, then tried to join Gillingham but this move was refused. He then successfully signed for Dover, who are indeed part time.

I thought maybe it was down to the professional status but that isn't really black and white is it? Clubs can have both full and part time players. What would stop for example Orient signing him on a part time contract but a full time wage?

Hard to disagree unless there's something we don't know.

Personally I can't see why it's not just set at 3 clubs, all levels - full stop? Perhaps as you go down the leagues players moving three or four times a season is the norm.
