Absoloute pathetic and tedious today no other words for it.

Some of our passing was a farce at times.

Got lucky with an injury time equaliser from
Wilkinson especially when Wright completely air shot a tap in 6 yards out ,luckily Wilkinson anticipated how useless his team mate is and is there to save our blushes if not Wrights.

Interesting read as the comments from loads of fans on Facebook suggested we were great... someone said it was our 'best performance of the season'

Back to reality on here

Ollie Harfield tweeted that 'it wasn't the best performance' so you have think the players would be decent judges and someone I know who went said it wasn't great.

But hey it's a good point!

Harrogate are a strong, imposing side with some real physical presences and talented players littered throughout their squad. They're in the play-offs for a reason.

We've gone there and managed to get a point, which is something that only one other bottom-half team have managed at their place this season. In addition to this, we've only conceded one goal to a team that score for fun, largely defending well in the process.

Wasn't our best performance by any means, but it wasn't a great match. Regardless of that, though, irrespective of the circumstances we've got a draw. That's something we would've taken before the game and without doubt with 93 minutes on the clock.

We've taken four points from our last two games against two teams in the play-offs, and that's so much more encouraging than the form with which we began 2019. Dreadful is a little harsh as I imagine most supporters would've went home today feeling pleased.

Shame really considering the amount of fans who made the trip and what a fine town to sample and very good stadium food, we just never shine on a carpet and today there just didn't seem to be the urgency to get the job done. Would have thought their skipper the No.4 after the good game he had at our place in October would have been frozen out today but he wasn't, the real maker for them again and we seemed on the back foot too much cause of it. Missed the late equalizer so can't comment but from what I saw he was the only one who looked like scoring all game. We mainly all said we'd settle for a point this one pre-match pint so let's put it right Tuesday at Maidenhead.

They're definitely amongst the better sides in the division. Didn't look particularly decent but with the physicality and height in their squad it's easy to see why they've been performing effectively. We've played all of the top seven, most of them twice, and none looked like a team who we can't be better than next season with just a few signings. The fact that many teams are in better positions than they merit should be encouraging to our title bid starting in August, because if we're already matching them or nearly matching them with a squad that includes more than it's fair share of dead wood, it'd be amazing to think what we can do with a set of players that are all on the same wavelength as one another.

MATCH REPORT:
When there's a Wilkinson, there's a way.

We definitely need to learn never to write this team off! Not a point we deserved even in the slightest but it's one we'll more than take in the circumstances.
