Match day food is shocking which now saves me a fortune my son 8 now choses to eat before attending game and my daughter just doesn't come as she said the chips are disgusting. What's being served up on the pitch isn't much better to be fair.

Stockport offering a matchday hospitality package for this Saturday - sounds a lot more appealing than ours, I must say.

• A corporate host to look after your every need

• Three course meal served in hospitality restaurant

• Complimentary match day team sheets and programmes

• Pre match light entertainment with a chance to win prizes

• Chance to win a bottle of champagne in our free prize draw

• Prime padded seating in the Away Directors Box

• Sponsors Lounge access

• Man of the Match Presentation

• Opportunity to relax with players and club officials

• Q&A session with the Manager

• Q&A session with a County legend (ex-player)

The menu:

Starter: Leek & Potato Soup

Main: Lancashire hotpot with braised red cabbage & cauliflower Cheese

Vegetarian main: Butternut Squash & Chick Pea Potato Bake with Braised Red Cabbage & Tender Stem Broccoli

Dessert: Spiced Apple Pie & Sauce Anglaise

Not a grim old bit of carvery in sight!
