Another poor performance, I feel sorry for the few that went their watching this load of dross, clearly the team have not taken the warning from the manager after the Southend performance, very static until we went 2-1 down then we seemed to realise that they needed to move their arses and then George bailed us out with a great lob over the keeper from a very acute angle, I do not no what is going on amongst our players is it to early that the dressing room has already been lost?

Most of these players know by now they’re gone and add to that there is nothing to play for, is it really any surprise it’s this bad? Strevs hasn’t lost the dressing room but hopefully he loses a few of these players on the M6 later.

Very well done to the 13 who made the trip if any are on here. Sounds like a wild goal by George to tie it up

Just got back there were 7 of us on full count, of course things previous effected that but in a way it went quite well, good hosts and always friendly to chat and share a pint, lovely day for it and pie and thick gravy over chips well those Northern people have that spot on, game? probably fair few streamed it but think Alty second half came out using just like last season why they thumped us 3-0 their wingers so well and quite easily should have wrapped it up halfway through second half but later stages we did show some fair grit and us mighty three daggers changing ends second half had a birds eye view of Georges cross to the far post that came in trumps, we move on and all in all seen far worse.

A typical mid-table dead rubber affair really.

After the debacle of Southend a few days earlier and the damning comments that followed, it was utterly tedious yet not surprising to concede twice again in the very same twenty-minute window following the restart especially having been reasonable beforehand.

It looked game over at that point but a series of missed chances from Alty coupled with Saunders' overhit cross flying all the way in got us a point, in truth it was the only fashion we looked capable of doing it.

Glad it's the last of the long midweekers I must say really has been a ridiculous season for them.
