Difficult to put into words about the kid's struggle with a smile and his final loss of life. Heartfelt though.

I wanted to comment about Jermain Defoe in all this - he has gone up a thousand percent and more in my esteem for giving his time to that lad and his family, even in light of his move to Bournemouth. He didn't have to get involved but chose to help out and that makes him more of a man that I ever thought possible in the ranks of professional footballers.

RIP little Bradley and well done Jermain, the country is proud of you.
