I expect you were on a pre-approved list!

I do hope we're not going back to the Eric Ryan (RIP) days of membership forms being lost.

I expect the fact I applied when they were seeking applications (and funds) in May helped.

In a repeat of my usual advice on these occassions, why ask here? Email Tony Payne.

Applied in August received a couple of weeks ago

All simple and clear without the need to post and wonder why or have to ask if I was at the ground - Phew

A member of staff accepted responsibility for losing my form. If anyone else is waiting do follow up/chase.

Thankfully my application has now been expedited and paid and for the first time since around 1998, I’m once again a full member of the club.

See those if you’re eligible at the meeting next week.

Does the member's club make any provision for proxy voting? I would quite like to become a member but live over an hour away.

Yes, i’m pretty sure it does. I recall there was a was at least one proxy for a friend at a meeting about the takeover.
