Interviews - especially with our Manager

Can the interviewer put the microphone in front of the person he is interviewing so we can hear what he is saying.

Asking for the second time.

Does he not play these interviews back, surely he can hear the quality of the sound is RUBBISH.

Or get a new interviewer who knows what he is doing.

Totally agree about the quality of the sound but also some of the interview venues chosen where it echo's so much, along with Daryll's speed of response, can he please slow the answers down he always sounds to be in a hurry.
