Re: Stats 2025-26 after 19 matches
I think had the sale of the club gone through a couple of months ago there would have been a good chance that because the results were were so bad up to that time, the new owners would probably have got rid of Lee Bradbury as the manager.
You have got to say, that the transformation since then has ...

Stats 2025-26 after 19 matches
Over the last 8 matches the Daggers have earned the third most points and the two clubs with more points in that span are above us in the table. So the club is moving away from the relegation zone and making up ground for a playoff spot, with some work to do.

Re: Maidenhead [h]
Are the changes due to Terry Harris?
Maybe in part. But also the teams we have played is helping us.
Enfield: 21st
Chippenham: 24th
Farnborough: 20th
Eastbourne: 23rd
Bath : 16th
Tilbury: 2 leagues below
Maidenhead: 15th
We have had a very kind run of fixtures to only lose once through. But ...

Re: is this us??!
Could be a small handful of clubs in the South including us if you're creative and malleable enough with facts, which you're going to be to a fair degree when marketing something for sale. Our average attendance of around 1700 last season could be considered nearing 2000, while we claim 1881 as ...

Re: Tilbury [h]
Things were so dull until Carroll came on based on what I heard on the MixLR commentary.Mark wrote: Fri Nov 14, 2025 11:22 am I don't want to see the likes of Carroll anywhere near this game. Dieng perhaps if we feel he still needs minutes.
Think we should start Scott, Barden, Maghoma, Stephenson.

I guess this is what got the eye of the Middle Eastern investors.

Re: Bath (A)
sadly every club below us has 1 or 2 matches to play to catch up to our match count. We could be in 20th place when that happens.

I agree with the first sentence. The second sentence seems a bit strong unless he really did something that deserves the F'em attitude.Diggerthedog wrote: Mon Nov 03, 2025 10:46 am He did not want to stay with us, no point keeping a player at the club that wants out. F*ck him.

Re: RIP John Chapman
We I told him I was visiting from the US and it was my first time at a Daggers match he made sure to get me not only the program for that match but a few more. Such a nice gentleman. And seemed to truly love the Daggers based on my short conversation with him.

It is hard to find anything about Trinity Sports Holdings that is current. They went big into minor league baseball a few years ago but I am not sure what is going on given I could not find anything current.

Re: Carroll. Positive or Negative?
He wins absolutely everything and makes it stick.
Is Andy noticeably taller than the average player on the field? My neighboring city of Winston-Salem has a low level ice hockey team. A retired NHL player had moved to the area and was working as a fire fighter in the area. He was no one I had ...

Carroll. Positive or Negative?
While listening to the audio commentary on MixLR on Enfield Town the younger commentary person made a comment just before 2nd half started to the effect of, "the team will be doing this or that and Carroll will be doing whatever he wants to do." Not an exact quote, but something close to that. Maybe ...

Essex Senior Cup Over for season
Lost 0-5.
Daggers used their U19 club for this so not a bit concern with that score.
