Re: DAGGERS CROWDFUNDING PAGE
For this to be a serious effort, will it not need at least a group of people, with perhaps some sort of official backing, just so there is a paper trail?

Re: Ideas for Save the Daggers
There appears to be a deal of fan apathy here and I for one can't blame those that feel that way. However, if we are to save our club we're going to have to act together to do so.

Re: Ideas for Save the Daggers
Considering the crowdfunding sorted.
I'm setting one up now!
I would say contact the club to get some official backing, yet as it was pointed out in a different thread I don't think Thommo is keen on taking donations from the fans, just in case the club goes under and people loose their money ...

Re: Ideas for Save the Daggers
RebelDagger there is that cardboard brick wall thing in the Carling Stand, it was there when I first started coming to the club 11 odd years ago and doesn't seem to have been updated since. Time to add some more names or make a new and slightly more modern one somewhere else in the ground ...

Re: Ideas for Save the Daggers
Some great ideas already, loving the idea of Daggers XI v Dagger Legends , and making that a family fun day, how would we approach the club about this idea?
BarkingRambo, I could be wrong, yet haven't the club already done similar?
As for crowdfunding, you'd at least raise some cash so some one ...

Re: Digger the Dog and the Programme Shop
The football club itself used to collect a nominal matchday entrance fee for the clubhouse from Home and Away supporters that were neither Season Ticket Holders or Supporters Club Members. I am led to believe the clubhouse is now free to all on matchdays.
That is the case indeed, the club ...

That Round Thing.
Those terms appear to be perfectly straight forward and rather agreeable.
However, I've had a quick scan of the SC website and unless I've viewed a site that is out of date, I can't see any information like that on the site apart from, not being rude, but a poorly photocopied ...

Re: Ideas for Save the Daggers
Great idea for the thread, showing some unity.
Yet as a fanbase, whom are centred in perhaps the most disadvantaged borough in London, are we likely to raise the money needed? What we need to be doing is to raise awareness of the club, it's plight and the strong community feel that the club has ...

Re: 18/19 Season ticket prices
I would see us selling a lot less season ticket next year and I think a move to part time is the only sensible way forward without significant investment.
I would like to think that those with differences could put that behind them and support the club the same fashion that they've always done ...

Re: Digger the Dog and the Programme Shop
I really think it would go a long way to helping the issue if the supporters club were more open about what goes on. Where does their income come from, what do they spend to help the club or fans, what roles do volunteers perform and how many of them are there. These things aren't particularly ...

Re: 18/19 Season ticket prices
If the club could find a Dwight Gayle,Jodie Jones on a regular basis who they could sell this could be used to finance the club/squad.
That was how the club financed it self for the past few seasons, also with sell on clauses in those deals, Gayle to Newcastle helped us out a fare bit, yet ...

Re: Digger the Dog and the Programme Shop
You all realise we all support the same club here right?
We are literally on the same side, and that being Dagenham and Redbridge, the club is on it knees and we have factions of our support at each other's necks, at a time when we should be pulling together.
Take a look at Dulwich Hamlet for how ...
