Re: AFC Wimbledon away
Magical scenes on a truly unforgettable night. Dagenham & Redbridge will be in the FA Cup 3rd Round among elite powerhouses, after another upset against a play-off occupant from the league above. One of my favourite reports to have ever written: https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match-reports/afc-w...

Re: AFC Wimbledon away
That was just magical!
What a performance. What a night! Truly unforgettable and special scenes at the end. I can't believe we've done it. 1 away win in the National League but 2/2 against sides in the L2 playoffs!
Third Round here we come. So, so deserved.

Re: Aldershot Home
A win's a win and that was a desperately-needed one, but the fact it hinged upon a missed one-on-one in stoppage time, when we were THREE goals up with a man advantage, hardly restores confidence or bucks the trend regarding recent game management. I'd much rather find fault in a victory than a defe...

Re: Tamworth Away
To triumph over a grafting side like Tamworth was always going to require ugly grit, all the more so amid such windy conditions, and Dagenham again couldn't manage the fight when it came on top. That was abysmal. Think enough is enough now.

Re: Crewe away
League action paused at a disappointing juncture for the Daggers, with focus instead shifting to a daunting tie at Crewe Alexandra, flying high amid a great run of form in the division above. Though, anything can happen in the FA Cup... https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match-reports/crewe-alexandra-0-...

Re: Oldham Athletic
Moments of self-harm forged Daggers' path to a third straight away league defeat. Justham has saved the club tons more points than lost and will continue to, but his error left them chasing the game, a quest later harmed by Hessenthaler's red. https://dagnificent.weebly.com/match-reports/oldham-athl...

Re: Eastleigh home
Daggers were on course for another home win of potentially huge significance, having overturned an early deficit, but their defensive resolve expired with tedious predictability in stoppage time.

Re: Fylde home
Ideal afternoon. A convincing win without getting out of second gear, while Dion was kept fresh and the remainder of the side not having to exert themselves too much ahead of Tuesday. Fylde were abject but you can only beat what's in front of you, which we did so without issue. Well in lads.

Re: FA Cup
Exactly fifty places between the two sides. Zero excuses whatsoever, especially after last year. I don’t think the Fa cup works like that because if so there wouldn’t be such a thing as giankilling. You have only got to look at our record over the years in beating teams from a higher division. Oh n...

Re: Yeovil Away
Horrific yesterday, and Strevens said as much when he came over to the away end. A pitiful lack of quality and tempo across the pitch. Yeovil were comfortably superior without having to exert themselves beyond first gear it seemed. This has been a disappointing comedown after three straight victorie...

Re: Solihull Moors (Home)
A tougher game than the table suggested with Solihull having won their prior three on the road, all against decent opposition, but they should have been dead and buried by half time after so many clear-cut chances put straight down the middle. Reverted to type a bit with our inefficiency in both box...

Re: Commentary - 'pool v Daggers
The kind of ugly win that characterises good sides. We showcased a different side of ourselves, in difficult circumstances with the midfield so depleted. Phipps in there has been tremendous, our best performer yesterday for me, while Eastman, Kalambayi and Ling weren't too far off either. It's very ...
