Re: Stats 2025-26 after 19 matches

I think had the sale of the club gone through a couple of months ago there would have been a good chance that because the results were were so bad up to that time, the new owners would probably have got rid of Lee Bradbury as the manager.
You have got to say, that the transformation since then has ...

Chesham [h]

Couldn't make game tonight but sounded impressive that we managed to win the game by bringing on our attacking players after Chesham equalised in second half and looked in the ascendancy.
As they said in commentary a game we would have probably lost a couple of months ago.

Re: Maidenhead [h]

A game which could have gone either way but came away with a win. We tend to give the ball away too easily and therefore make hard work of each game but continue our decent run.

Maidenhead [h]

A game tomorrow against a team that have not won in their last six games however, they have Matt Robinson in their squad who was a big favourite here along with Josh Umerah and hope they don't come back to bite us.
We have only lost once in last six games but equally couldn't be described as in ...

He was a great player for us who scored loads of goals. With regard to the game, a good draw for us again against a team struggling in a division below ours so no excuse not to beat them.

Re: Tilbury [h]

Playing a struggling team two divisions below us we should have looked convincing but was not the case. We look so poor up front and hardly tested the goalkeeper throughout.
Got through in the end but not very entertaining.

Tilbury [h]

A game we should win on paper but with our home form so poor cannot take anything for granted. I also think Bradbury may consider resting a couple of players, which I hope he doesn’t such as Carroll and Dieng and also Harrack will be missing through international duty.
If this happens I can see us ...

Re: Jason Adigun

He has now scored four goals in four games for Chelmsford, an attacking midfield player that scores goals, he is exactly what we need and yet we let him go.
What a huge mistake.

Re: Bath (A)

Not sure what position Hemmings is playing in but invariably picks the ball up deep in our defence which for a goalscorer seems pointless. He certainly needs to play in a more attacking position because at the moment doesn’t look as though he is likely to score many goals.
Also for one of our big ...

Re: Bath (A)

Agree with the posts from Lord Snooty and Oxhead that say we need more creatively in midfield and a goalscorer to support Carroll up front and how disappointing Hemmings has been considering he scored around 30 goals last season.
Without these additions or changes to the squad the manager will ...

Re: Bath (A)

My thanks goes to Hornchurch for moving us up to 15th

sadly every club below us has 1 or 2 matches to play to catch up to our match count. We could be in 20th place when that happens.

Yes, but equally the reason these teams are below us is because they haven't won too many games up to now ...

Re: Bath (A)

Although we have won our last two away games having seen the highlights of each of these, the opposition had more than enough chances in the games to win them.
I'm hoping for a win but unless there is a change in formation cannot see us scoring many,so maybe a goalless draw.
