Players returning?

Having seen the latest interview with the manager, it seems he is hopeful that some of our injured players, including Ryan Hill, Lewis Page and Conor Lawless should be available in the next couple of weeks. This is great news as we desperately need Hill back into the team, as apart from his likely g...

Re: NL: Rochdale (H) 25 November 2023

Must agree that was one of our most frustrating games to watch, cannot understand why Effiong spends so much time out on the left wing. Not sure how long Ibie is loaned out but he does try to at least run at defenders and worth another go as nothing to lose at the moment. The other thing that I have...

Re: NL: Rochdale (H) 25 November 2023

We really need to get something from this game today as our home record up to now has been grim. Let's hope things can improve with a decent performance and a win today.

Our away record is now good but we need to improve the home record starting with Rochdale on Saturday would be nice.

Re: NL: Solihull Moors (H) 11 Nov 2023

Yeah Hess is superb, our defensive players have been pretty good this season it’s the attacking part of our play that’s consistently letting us down. As said we’re too one paced and have no flair/excitement if Hill is not playing. We had 8 players in the side yesterday all defensive minded, for a h...

Re: NL: Woking (H) 21 September 2023

I can fully understand the despondency amongst the fans as the results have been grim lately, however, we all need to get behind the team on Saturday as they must be feeling the pressure as well. I thought Woking last season were very impressive against us but hopefully we can get a positive result...

That's a bit harsh, you can't send them down the mine until they're 11 these days.

Re: The Cost of Relegation

This is the most organized side I’ve seen for a while, just not picking up the points. What they lack in quality they make up in work and heart that’s for sure. I think results will turn and we will end up finishing about 12-15th which is pretty much what I expected with such a small squad. Last se...

Re: NL: Oldham Athletic (A) 7 October 2023

Agree with Sussex that we have been so unlucky with injuries this season that have impacted on games that we would otherwise have got points from. In particular, the last two home games where we lost both that we should of won fairly convincingly. Also agree with his point about how fortunate we are...

Re: NL: Oldham Athletic (A) 7 October 2023

With Effiong now back and over the next couple of weeks others returning to fitness, things will hopefully improve, as yesterday away to an in form team was a good result. One back two out tho . Hill and Travares now join the list Hopefully not too serious as have been out best two players this sea...
