For the past few years the SC AGM has taken place on the Thursday before the new season kicks off. Part of the process is members receiving a information pack 3/4 weeks prior to the meeting. As I mentioned the 26% members holding gives some sort of safety net

You may well be right D4E, but I’m curious as to why the members were issued with a 26% holding of the new Club. (D&RFC2017) This obviously leaves all other shareholders with 74% of the Club. Could it be that, like some other entities, for any motions of major changes to be passed, a 75% majorit...

I hope we don’t find ourselves in the same position the O’s did last summer.
Through being unsure of funding until the take-over was completed, and with many of their
first teamers departing, they weren’t able to start recruiting until July.
