Re: Great News!
I thought I read the National League play offs are reducing to just a 4 team format next season.

Re: Rance Gone
I very much hope not. We would get more from giving Sydney a go.EssexDagger! wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 9:56 pm Frank Nouble has left Colchester by mutual consent, wouldn’t be too surprised to see him rock up at our place.
Just tweeted he is going to make his decision tomorrow on where to sign next :eh:

Re: Rance Gone
Not good enough to be a regular starter in a team that has play off ambitions. That said, DM's preferred system did not do him any favours.

Re: Oldham
Agree about the ref, he was in a different class to anything I have seen at this level for a long time. Surprised that not much has been said about Jay Bird. I think he looks an excellent prospect and I'm feeling quite optimistic that given time he can form a more than decent partnership with Inih E...

Re: Wrexham (H) Thread
They are so much better coached than us it is embarrassing. We continue with the same old system that guarantees we will be overrun in midfield. The squad is woefully unbalanced and I doubt many of them would excite a new manager intending a crack at the play offs. As for the goals, gift wrapped is ...

Re: McMahon
Firstly, this is GREAT news. I don't care why or how it's happened, even if he is off to Colchester, good luck to him, but this club was dying on it's a*se, and the change was desperately needed. Now, here is the critical moment..... we have to take our time, and make the best appointment possible,...

Re: Aldershot Home Thread
Sydney has got to be worth a start, he who dares Rodney. I thought their number 22 was excellent and will be playing at a higher level than the NL before long. What's the odds of DM getting the Colchester job, I'm told he was considered last time round. Nah, we couldn't be that lucky, could we?

I wouldn't bother tonight if it wasn't for the fact that I have a season ticket.

Re: Solihull Moors
Lets also be realistic here - two moments of brilliance from Effiong really papered over a lot of cracks yesterday. On another day that would have been a contender for one of the most boring nil nils in recent years - two very poor teams largely negating each other in a match that, at times, seemed...
