Re: bromley

A shame there was no Shields today... will struggle to get a look in this year after last season if he misses too many pre-season games

No Chambers either? Is he injured already?

Re: Trailists

What was the first impression Paul? Minor tweaks needed for the season ahead or major changes still?

Re: trailist and new season

Certainly interesting times... Azeez at AFC Wombles and Norris now at Gillingham so will be a new face next season, whoever it may be

Re: Current Squad

Up front will be interesting... we saw what an impact Murphy was early doors and we missed the Murphy/ Hines combo after Christmas... big shoes for Goldberg if we don't bring in someone with a bit of experience

Re: Lewington No 2 at Colchester

Good move for him... bags of talent and years for him to improve but we didn't lose a championship level keeper... He was good at league two but no better despite the potential

Re: Current Squad

We won't sign Ronaldo or Messi but certainly for me the signing of hines last signing raised my expectations regarding who we might be able to bring in this summer... happy to have a strong squad but we need a few decent players rather than too many 'ones for the future' all coming in within the sam...

Re: Frankie raymond

Nothing on the Daggers homepage... but if he's young and been noticed in the Conference South then he must be a decent talent

Re: Seabright signs for Torquay

Good luck to him... interesting move though as I would have expected him to have turned down staying with us as an option as he wanted to be considered a first choice keeper... expected a move down a division to be someone's number1. Doesn't sound like that is the case at Torquay if Rice is fit

Re: Luis Suarez...

Had Lee Hughes been higher up the leagues and not performed he may have got more stick from people supporting the club that signed him... sadly, for us and others, he was always far too good for our league and would always score a hatfull... even worse, he seemed to thrive on the chants and stick he...

Re: Zav & Gav

If Zavon wants to come back to us fit at the end of August when it has lal gone belly up for him on the transfer front with us having (presumably) not paid him a penny in wages since July 1st then all power to him. Absolutely no need to make him 'one of our highest paid players' if we won't see him ...

Re: Zav & Gav

No worries or surprises with this... Hoyte is an international now and has probably spoken to people while he has been away. Batt will be a more than adequate replacement. Certainly wouldn't have brought him in to sit on the bench. Hines was always going to go... the fact he has been injured has put...
