Re: Elliott Justham
If this is true, is there any suggestion we have a replacement set to come in? Strizovic, with the best will in the world doesn't save the season or help us pull off a shock at Millwall... Is there much of the season left already - in December - beyond the Cup match?

Re: FA Trophy
Agree this result, alin a silo isn't a terrible loss... Gets let's also be clear, this wasn't a squad of our youth players against an Under 21s premier league side... This was a terribly average opposition and the performance was shocking

Helpful or hurtful for the Daggers chances?

Re: Aldershot Home
Yup, gifted 3 points by a poor Aldershot team last night. Despite that it was a perfect summary of everything wrong with this team. Capitulated at the end against 10 men in the most inexcusable way. I really hope we make a change soon and find a way to salvage what little hope there is in this ...

Re: Tamworth Away
Only just caught the Manager's post-match interview this morning, largely because I wasn't interested in listening to it over the weekend but it looked and felt like a defeated man being asked to sum up another defeat from a leading position. The body language was awful and Ben looked like he had ...

Re: Essex Senior Cup
Not had much to go on by way of appearances, but very much agree with this one... Took his goal really well in his last appearance.DaggerJoel11 wrote: Tue Nov 19, 2024 11:14 pm Very impressed with Adigun, possesses a very promising skillset.

Re: Fylde home
Perfect result, another clean sheet, goals throughout the team and Dion didn't have to start and finish the game.

Re: FA Cup
I said before the game we needed to be ahead at half time then pull away late on... Real grit shown after they got back in to the game and the weather fell apart but we kept our heads and looked decent going forward again at the end.

Re: FA Cup
Just for some context, they went out of the FA Trophy to Horsham at the weekend... A comfortable win, ahead at half time and pulling away second half is a minimum requirement.

Re: National League Cup
No idea how many people watched yesterday's game, but what on earth was that second half collapse? It wasn't just watching Spurs get back to 5-5 from 4-1 and 5-3 behind, but they missed two almost open goals and three other easy chances in the last ten minutes of the game alone.

Potential Away draw against Hornchurch, depending on how they get on with their replay against Leiston tomorrow... No arguments with that draw.

Re: Solihull Moors (Home)
A tougher game than the table suggested with Solihull having won their prior three on the road, all against decent opposition, but they should have been dead and buried by half time after so many clear-cut chances put straight down the middle. Reverted to type a bit with our inefficiency in both ...

Re: Gateshead (H) Thread
Glad HP got a mention... not necessarily a guaranteed statue in any position in our best XI but solid in defence, scored some goals last year as a makeshift striker and held it down well in midfield the last couple of games.
