Who did you want. I need names, specific names.
I am so tired of the heat and humidity of the summers in the southeastern USA.

So one club a level above or a club two below. Either way could make for an interesting time at home. I give you that much.stanton101 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 12:13 amDerby or Sheffield Wednesday at home.McLeansvilleAppFan wrote: ↑Mon Oct 17, 2022 11:55 pmWho did you want. Or Ipswich (again). Maidenhead is winnable obviously but losable too, may as well get a big team ,get the revenue/occasion even if it ends in inevitable defeat.stanton101 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 12:13 amDerby or Sheffield Wednesday at home.McLeansvilleAppFan wrote: ↑Mon Oct 17, 2022 11:55 pmWho did you want. Both are 2 levels above us, and in terms of size should be playing at a higher level.McLeansvilleAppFan wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 1:01 amSo one club a level above or a club two below. Bolton, Charlton, Ipswich, Portsmouth all would have been good draws. Or something local to make it interesting like Orient or Colchester. Or another minnow from below us.
Maidenhead is about as unaspiring a draw as you could get. (They will say the same about us.)
Maybe next round...
Personally I want to avoid the Derby’s and Wednesdays at this stage. I’d rather get some interesting non-league teams and then hopefully find ourselves in the third round looking at a premiership team away.
This game doesn’t quite fit the bill of what I’d want, but it’s a game that we should win. Let’s see what happens…
