The physio gave an update on our injured players a few days ago but no mention of Freddie Sears. Was he simply dropped from the match day squad or is there something more to it I wonder.

Maybe we’re hiding him away for a week and planning to re-announce him as a new striker and saviour to our season. As we all know we aren’t going to get one in, even with our noble owners making the trip over last Saturday.

He’s gone! I wish him well and sincerely hope that in his final couple of years playing the game he can finally become the striker that he thinks he is,
but 1 goal in 23 games for us says it all, at least we don’t have to pay up his contract and waste more money

It hasn't worked out for him here for whatever reason ,on that basis his departure is a good thing.
