Start a new thread then at the bottom it will say poll creation, click on that to start setting one up. You need to be on the desktop version of this site to do so

I am using a desktop pc .Don't get any option to start a poll.

Definitely don't have that option.

Just have 2 tabs...Options and Upload attachment.
